Hi,

Been using creator and the rest o9f the Zoho products for some years. Very happy. For our new year project we would like to send reminders to customers (email) based on a couple of fields.

1. Next contact date which we already have in there ( we would like to send it 30 days before)

2. That it is a current record.

3. The customer has not opted out.

As always when i start these changes I am always over whelmed by choices so a point in the correct direction would really help.
