I would like to ask if it's possible to do the following in the Professional or Enterprise Edition:

We currently have our clients fill out a web form (Jotform) and the data is transferred to Zoho. One of the fields asks about who recommended our service to them. We have our own list of previous clients who actively recommend our services and receive a small compensation in return whenever their name is mentioned in a web form submission by a new client. 

Would it be possible for these referrers to receive an email notification every time their name is mentioned in a form submission? In other words, would it be possible to create a link between a field in the Lead module and another field in the Contact module in order to allow some kind of recognition to take place and have that result in an email being sent to the said contact?
