Sending emails usind address based on another form

Hi,

I would like to send about 40 people an email when a new record is added. Rather than having to type each individual in the script interface or amend it I would like to refer to all of the emails in another form (e.g. Personal details form). Can anyone tell me if this can be done with scripting and how you might do it.
