Sending selections to various emails ids

Thanks for the awesome apps for a newbie like me.

I have created a lead generation form where readers of my site can ask for more info on select products and select companies.

Is there a way to send a mail to the selected companies under email notifications.

How do I narrow down the list of companies to the selection of products. I mean if a reader selects Insurance, only Insurance companies could be selected in Companies
