SendMail, View, Graph

Hi,

I'm creating an application for my users with a simple form.
In this form, the user can upload 1 file.
Then I have 3 questions :

1st
Is there a way with you command SendMail to attach as well this file, when he clicks on the submit button ?

2nd question is how to create a view that should be similar to this SQL request :
Select ID, Sum(Value) group by ID sorted by ID

3rd question:
Would it be possible, if the user has no right to add/delete/edit, to see as a graph ?

Ok, I have a 4th one. How can we use Zoho Creator and DB creator with the same database ?
