I'm trying to create a function that will work in conjunction with a workflow rule. The workflow rule activates when any field in the Clients module has been edited or created. I want to make the function record what changes are made to records in the Clients module and send an email to the consultant responsible for the client in question. The records in Clients are organized under the field "Name" with many subfolders contained within it. I've tried many different approaches, but it's hard to determine what syntax are available for use in Zoho CRM. Any help with the proper syntax to use would be most appreciated.
