Service Unavailable

I have suffered from filling in an extensive form only to find that upon submission there is an error "Service Unavailable" which redirects me to the creator homepage. This happened quite a few times to different forms, and is not readily reproducible. I suspect that it is simply some instantaneous problem that occurs only for that moment - resubmitting usually works (after filling in the form all over again of course).

This is rather irritating for users who had spent a lot of effort trying to fill in a form. One suggestion is to simply keep the form and not redirect somewhere else with all the filled information intact, so that the user can try again.

Note that this also occurs when there are fields that have an update on edit action. I've stopped using these actions as much as possible but this is not a solution at all, and in any case one has to finally submit the form, right?
