Set a workflow/event for when changing quoted Items on a quote?

Hello, i would like to know how i can trigger some kind of event (zoho script or function) upon adding or switching the quoted Items of a quote?

My objective here is that i want to price products dynamically according to the value of a field.
Our products and the respective pricelines come from a centralized source of truth in an ERP, and i  want to make it so as we select the produt in the quoted items, something runs (pref a deluge script) so we can fetch the values from our erp.
Im just not sure what i have to do so I can get the event precisely to run on adding or changing the quoted item?

Would this be possible?
