Is it possible to write my calendar allowed dates into script?

I have a dropdown field where people will pick a class. The day of the week that class is held on is listed in the name Eg: Monday 10am class, Tuesday 4pm class etc.

They are then required to select a date for this booking. I would like to set the allowed dates as Monday if they select a class that contains the word Monday, as Tuesday if they select a class that contains the word Tuesday etc.
