Setting criteria of a picklist based upon a previous picklis

I have shared the application that I am trying to build. I do not intend on entering in any data until I've completely test the application.
What I need, for now, is a way to update a certain picklist based on a selection made in a previous picklist in the same form.
Example:
I have three forms that apply. "MASTER_PROJECT", "FIRMS", and "CONTACTS".
The "FIRMS" form collects information regarding specific company information.
"CONTACTS" is used to collect individual contact information for someone within a firm.
The first field in the "CONTACTS" form is a picklist that looks up data from the field labeled "FIRM" from within the "FIRMS" form. In essence I am creating a one-to-many relationship. One firm (or company) can have many individual contacts within it.
The "MASTER_PROJECT" form two lookup fields. One to pull up the FIRM name (FIRMS.FIRM) and one to pull up a primary contact (CONTACTS.NAME).
My problem. In the "MASTER_PROJECT" form when a Firm is selected from the picklist that refers to (FIRMS.FIRM) I need only the contacts that are related to that firm to show up in the primary contact picklist (CONTACTS.NAME).
I am assuming this is something I can designate in the Set Criteria option when editing the Primary Contact lookup field. Can someone please let me know how to make this happen.
