Setting up Logic for a Date based on today

Setting up Logic for a Date based on today

Hi -

I am hoping to use filters (although filters don't seem to accept manually written logic) or I can just set up a different view. 

But basically I need to set up a rule that says "If 'Date Emailed' is more than seven days ago from today, then show this record".

I can't figure out the logical expression for this.
