Hi, I have been developing several apps for my business on Zoho Creator. I have spent 100's of hours learning to use the system and develop our ideas.

We now have some of them running and we use them all the time. But on the Morning of the 7th of December, 2 x Key features just Stopped Working. 

Functions and scripts which have run 100's (poss 1000's of times) just didn't work anymore. 

How can one day, the script just NOT work?

I have put a ticket in with Zoho's Support 10 days ago and still No useful response. 

Then today I found ANOTHER part of my app which sends photos across to Zoho Workdrive, has started sending BLANK FILES instead of images, no errors, no problems just BLANK files in drive when it USED to send PHOTOS.

How can I carry on using a platform that works wonderfully one day then stops working overnight?

Up until the 7th of December I was VERY impressed with the platform, support was quick, it seemed to be reliable. But this has really worried me.
