I have several forms and views within a single application.  I am trying to share a single record to another individual without granting them access to all information within an entire form or view.

I tried creating a filter and creating a permalink but as soon as the filter is removed the individual can use the permalink to view all information.  I also tried exporting the data but continuously receive an error that says the applications (XLS, PDF, HTML, etc.) are not available.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can do this within Zoho Creator?  Or if there is a work around that may work?
