1)The shared to me and created by me 'tab' for apps is not usable. Its hardly visible. I would suggest that you have all apps listed by default in the same view and have a small icon that shows an indication that is is shared.
2)Make the current 'Created by Me' and 'Shared to me' as links ("similar to GMail's 'select all' and "select unread") and filter the view/table "My applications.
