We have sales people assigned to working the leads. Each franchise lead is defined by a "Franchise" data field in the Lead record. I would like to share "view only" these brand specific leads with the Franchisor's brand manager. The Franchisors Brand manager are defined users in Zoho. Best I have done let's them see all franchise leads, not just for their company.

I have reached out to support several times, but not yet successful.
