Sharing functions

For my own developments I have created an application with functions I often use. In this way I have a centralized place to maintain and document my functions. The comming months this function database will grow and I think it will get very handy for more users.

It would be nice if I could share these functions with other users in the same way as I can use my functions cross application. Is this something for the near future?
