Sharing Video's in Zoho Docs with clients via email the video does not play on a mobile device

If you share a video that is saved in Zoho Docs via a shared web link it plays brilliantly on a PC, however the video will not play on an iPhone or an Android phone.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
