Should Reports be This Complicated?

Hi -

I don't know much about Pivot Tables but I want to be able to share a report with my team that basically looks like an Excel spreadsheet (but not showing all the data I have gathered).  The pivot table seems very complicated and way more than I need.

I would like the column headers to essentially be row 1.  And then all the other rows would be the records that I have built in my database.

How is this done?  Can it be exported?  Can it be printed?
