Let's say there is an approval flow where in the report shows 2 custom actions as Approve & Reject buttons. Picking either will accordingly update the status of a record.

Now to avoid a user accidentally clicking on approve / reject and changing the status of an existing entry, is there a way to make the custom buttons for Approve and Reject into a drop down menu instead? So the user sees what the state of the record is based on which option they select.

It's possible to create buttons, but can dropdowns be created in the same way?
