SIGNATURE FIELD INSIDE CRM MODULE

I need to have a signature field inside CRM MODULE 

This can be used into my Post Sales Module that i´ve created to make Meetings Summary

I need my client to sign this Meetings Summary during my visit and that ain´t possible with Zoho crm 

I know we have that field available on: Zoho Forms / Zoho Creator / Zoho sign

However as i need workfows to continue my post sales job to be well done i need that inside Zoho CRM

Other benefits:

1) Zoho crm modules also can be linked with zoho motivator (forms ans creator can´t)
