Simple form in site

I just tried to create a simple form and copied and pasted the script on the page.

When I write something in the form and save Zoho page appears and says the data is saved. Only when I go back to the page and refresh I see what I entered in the form in the view. Where can I find more information about how to build a searcheable database in my site like a knowledge base where visitors fill out the forms?
