I am very new at this, and I was wondering if someone could help me.

I need to proper case "Lead Name"

I understand I need to create a workflow and a custom function...and I am thinking I need to pull the "Lead Name" to a variable and then use "Proper" on it, how do I update the record?

Do anyone have a code snippet where they have done this?
