Simple search interface with a Lookup Field instead of Single Line

Hi,

I want to apologize if my question seems too trivial - I am just getting started with Zoho, and I figured almost everything I need except for the search function.

I want people to be able to search my records using their email. I used the Search Interface in Zoho Creator tutorial available on this page - https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/application/search-interface.html.

Search works when I am querying a form that uses Single Line to store data.

However, the problem arises when I search the form that uses the Lookup field to store data. The search returns the following error:

'EmpOtherInfo' is an empty set and values cannot be retrieved Line:(16)"

I made a 20-second video demonstrating the app that works (using single line form) and the app that does not work (with lookup field).

I would appreciate it very much if someone could provide a solution to this problem.
