Simply Hired job posting

Its been approximately 2 months and still there is no fix for posting jobs to simply hired on my account. Furthermore, no one at Zoho seems to be able to get this resolved. Ananth has not returned my calls and only solution so far has been to forward the issue to Heath at Simply Hired. That doesn't seem to illicit any response either. So now I'm wondering why this issue is so perplexing for the Zoho team and why I don't get any response from the Zoho "support" team as to why this problem still exists. I can only assume that the Zoho Recruit application is at the very bottom of the support priority list. As I've said before, surely this can't be such a complex issue.
