Slowness for selected users - Update

Dear all,

For the past 24 hours, select users have been facing slowness problems. We have narrowed down the issue causing this problem. It is in one of the DB Clusters. Hence, users whose data is in that specific cluster will face this problem.

This issue will be fixed in few hours time from now. Till then, these select users will experience slowness in Creator. We will update this forum post once we fix it.
