Hello I am reservationist for a restaurant. Currently I uses a google docs spreadsheet and have one for every day we are open to record reservations. Because many of our clients are repeat customers, I would like to be able to auto populate the ** columns below so I dont have to ask repeat customers basic questions and can also keep notes about the customer.
In the reservation I track
date reservation made
date of reservation
**name
number in party
number of adults
number of kids
**phone number
**notes
Then when I get a new customer, the information they give me would be automatically created in a new customer file so if they book again, I have that information on hand.
