sort order of past entry items
i add a lot of data into my forms that is the same over and over again. if i click on a field twice, i see a drop down with the past entries into this field. i would like to sort and/or edit this list. i use the same verbiage over and over again to input into my forms. i may have well over 100 entries that i would like to click to add to the field instead of having to retype each time. But this is difficult if there is no order to the entries in the drop down box.
Is there any way to access these lists so i can sort, delete or edit the info.
