How is this still not a thing?

Every platform I have tried before is able to do that.

A Company bulletin needs a subform listing it's Employees alphabetically.

A Staff form needs a subform listing his/her Tasks by Date_field

An Order Form needs a subform listing the Products in alphabetical order

Sorting subform records is a matter of visually organizing the data. Displaying data by added_time is seriously pointless and misleading to the eyes in most cases.

Has this been added to upcoming developpement?

Do you guys have a deadline on it?
