Is there a tutorial or template source for creating html pages?  The templates on the html view creator are more like examples.  It would be so nice to have pre made html that included clear placeholders in the html for where to put the script.  I just can't seem to figure out this part of creator.  I need a nicely formatted income vs expense or profit loss report that can be printed out.
