Spam Filter / Black List - How to use? Wildcards? How to block a whole country?

First of all, I like Zoho pretty much. Actually, I was looking for an alternative to my email provider and then got a hint from a friend pointing me to Zoho. And I was nicely surprised that Zoho is so much more and very useful. However some things are still unclear to me, I have more questions than mentioned in the topic title, but will open a single thread for each question. So here's my question for this post:

With my old email provider, I am used to blacklists with which I can use wildcards and also block whole countries. Examples:

*@spam.ru blocks everything that comes from spam.ru

**.ru blocks everything that comes from Russia

*viagra* blocks everything that contains 'viagra' in the address

And that blacklist actually blocks the email from being received, e.g. rejects it so that the sender will get a bounce message.

Additionally, there's also a whitelist. And the good thing is that the whitelist has priority over the blacklist. Example:

I put **.ru on the blacklist, but I put myfriendigor@mail.ru on the whitelist, that blocks everything from Russia except mail from my Russian friend Igor.

And in addition to the blacklist/whitelist, I have filters that work independently from the spam blocker. They are used to sort in emails in folders or take specific actions for specific mails from specified senders, etc.

I wonder: Can I use wildcards with Zoho Mail? And is it possible to block whole countries? A domain filter is quite useless, because spammers just generate more random addresses using different domains. With my old email account I actually simply blocked everything that comes from .com and then put those domains and senders on the whitelist from which I want to receive emails.
