Spiderweb chart : invert column and rows

I have forms that have fields used to compare the different records.

Would it be possible to have the fields of a form as branches of the spiderweb chart and records as surfaces on the chart ? Each time a record is submitted it would add a surface and not a branch.

That is : can we invert rows and columns in the charts views ? Otherwise the spiderweb chart is useless to have the "profile" of a record using some fields as criterias...
