I am not sure if this is possible, but hoping for any ideas to make it work.
I have a form that my customers will complete to book their children in for a class. They can select to book in multiple children (up to 9) which makes the required number of sections visible to complete the name and DOB for each child.
They can then select to book in multiple days via a multiselct fields.
What I want to do is create a record on another form for each child and each day booked so for example:
If a parent booked 2 children (child 1 + child 2) and she booked for 3 days (day 1 + day 2 + day 3)
I would want all of these records added to another form:
child 1, day 1
child 1, day 2
child 1, day 3
child 2, day 1
child 3, day 2
child 3, day 3
I would also like to include the additional data to all of them such as dob, email, phone,
child 1, day 1, dob, email, phone
child 1, day 2, dob, email, phone
child 1, day 3, dob, email, phone
child 2, day 1, dob, email, phone
child 2, day 2, dob, email, phone
child 2, day 3, dob, email, phone
My thoughts were to use a subform and I found a way to pull each child out and automatically input a separate record for each, but not to also pull out the days. So I am getting a subform with the below:
child 1, all days listed as a string in a multiline field, dob, email, phone
child 2, all days listed as string in a multiline field, dob, email, phone
child 3, all days listed as a string in a multiline field, dob, email, phone
