Spreadsheet export

I can export my Creator view into a spreadsheet. I keep getting an error after multiple attempts.

The error I get is as follows:

"IE cannot download Information_Request_View/ from creator.zoho.com. IE was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

I have been, however, able to export to HTML, but would prefer xls.

Any thoughts on the issue? Please contact me with possible solution!
