Stage and probability mapping for Contact stage

Stage and probability mapping for Contact stage

I want to change our set-up so that instead of the pipeline reading information from the potential stages it reads from the contact stages.

i.e the contact stage will be won/lost but the potential will never change...

I can't see if it is possible to change the stage and probability mapping for Contact stage, any help would be appreciated.
