stumped - can't switch views in creator on some machines

I'm setting up a database, it is really simple, but I plan to open it to a large group for submissions.

When I go to the view by category view I set up it defaults to a summary view and I can navigate around fine. When I try to switch to the spreadsheet or list views in the dropdown menu, it goes to a blank page and hangs. At the bottom left on the status bar (Firefox 2.0.0.12) it says "read www.google-analytics" and just stays hung.

I can successfully switch the view on 2 users computers, but not on 2 others, so I'm thinking it has something to do with their laptops, but I have the same problem in IE7.

I emptied cache, cleaned temps, made sure there were not malware problems, the computers are otherwise clean and identical to the ones that work, so I wasn't sure what to do next.
