Sub Forms

Hi, I am a newbie to Creator but fully undestand MSACCESS. I am trying to create a database of enquiries for accommodation. I.e from my website clients send an enquiry as to the type of accommodation they are looking for with various critera.

I then sent thsi information out to various agents and get responses back from each agent. I can easily create this in msaccess with a main enquiry form with a subform showing which agents the enquiry was sent to and the respective repsonse from each one. I am struggling to see how I can do this in zoho.

Any help much appreciated.
