Sub Forms?

Are sub forms even possible with Creator?

I have a table where I log claims and the employees will give status and add notes to each claim.

I know I need two forms (claims and claim notes) but I can not figure out how to create a relationship (one to many) between the two forms. I see that I can do lookup for drop down menu's.

Any suggestions??
