With creator and your other tools, it's very easy to create online forms.

IF you added a feature where clients/partners could digitally sign those forms you would have a true breakthrough platform. Digital signatures have been legal since Clinton, but they're not widely used (especially not for applications used by the general public).

If you created a facility where:
1. Any visitor could generate a digital signature (which you kept on file and associated with their account - which may exist only for hosting that digital signature).

2. Made ALL Zoho documents (including visitor accessible forms) signable by anyone with a Zoho account

You would have an incredible platform. Leases, sales agreements, liability waivers, employment contracts, powers of attorney .... and hundreds of other common business forms could all happen through Zoho.
Not through Google Apps or Salesforce or anywhere else.
