Suggestion: Response to Scripting Questions

I truly appreciate how quickly the Zoho Team responds to the forum (in general). I has hoping to add a suggestion that might help accomplish two things...

1) decrease # of repeat questions
2) Increase effectiveness of users


I notice that there is a personalized response to individuals asking question about how to create a specific set of code.

Unfortunately the solution can be too personalized and decrease the effectiveness of the "Forum"

It would be nice if the scripting solution was shown in a format with standard names for the variables they are representing. It can be confusing if an individual being assisted uses components with names that may be too similar to other commands.

If there was a link to the solution in a standard format or an email with the personalized information sent to the inquiring user, that would be most beneficial.

Also it may be beneficial to just send a link to another thread that answer's an individual's question if it has already been answered somewhere else. While it is often annoying to see individuals who do not take their own initiative to find a solution to a problem, a simple link and a reminder to them to do their own homework first may prevent future laziness and unnecessarily have redundant threads to handle the same solution.
