Summary View

Is there any way to export the summary view one record at a time?

For instance, I have a record of a contact, and I'd want to print just that contact's summary view details. The way I first went about it was to set up the main form, so that I could use the name of the contact as a filter in the summary view. In this way, I could filter for a particular name, export the summary view of that individual record as an HTML document, and then print the HTML page.

However, lately I've encountered the following error message:

"We are unable to fetch this data, sorry! Please note that your data is SAFE.
Report this problem to support@zohocreator.com."

Can somebody please explain what is going on and how I could rectify this issue so that I could still print out the summary view one record at a time?
