Hello, 

I see a number of answer to this but I still do not get it. I am trying to sync between the Zoho CRM and the Zoho Campaigns to create a list. 

When I take the steps, I am being told first the connection is not active, then when I make the connection I am told that "Organization is already integrated". 

Ok, I understand that that there is only one account that an integrate. We are a small company of two people. So even if the other person did this already, I should be able to access the CRM contacts. 

If the organization is already integrated, and I do not need to do it again, then why cannot I not build a list using the CRM contacts?
