Hi,

I'm using Gravity form + add-on to connect and synchronised to Zoho CRM. Every field of a form is correctly synchronised if it's based field like email, name, civility, etc.

I need to get the information about newsltter and what topic they want to subscribe to (one or several can be choose)

I create a multiple check box field in gravity form.

In the settings of the Zoho CRM add on for Gravity form I mapped all fields, and choose personal key for the newsletter's topics

But it doesn't work. I don't have any informations about the subscription.

Do I need to create something In Zoho ? It seems like Zoho don't know what that data comes from.
