System issues noted on creator 3
Firstly, may I congratulate you on the latest version with some very significant enhancements, however, we have noted a few key issues which need your urgent attention.
The following issues have been noted whilst on test with our applications:
1. All users can now access the Go To drop down on the top right of the screen, and as our users will be paid for and created controlled by us, we cannot allow them to move outside of the application - this was agreed on before and needs to be removed.
2. Feedback needs to be removed in relation to the above reason.
3. Advant net is an issue on the bottom right and needs to be removed as per the prior agreement.
4. Sub views are missing still, and this will be a key and pivotal issue for us which we can set for our users.
5. Some fields are yellow and others have stars - what is the reason for this?
6. System owner gets the logo, but when a user logs on they get zoho. The link is the same when clickin the image, which takes them to the creator site.
7. On viewing a record in a new window, the page opens with the administrator's log in at the top. If this is clicked by a user, they access a view to all the applications they have written. For us, these are shown in the public domain, even though they are private - this link needs to be removed. You can even get into the administration of the administrator!?!?!
8. If you are an administrator you can sign out and go to your dedicated page. If you are a user, you sign out and get zoho log in.
Please can you advise on these as a matter of great urgency as we are due at a product demonstration meeting with our prospective client early this week, and if they give us the go ahead, then we will need to deploy soon. Without the above changes, this will not be possible.
Also, we note that there is a limit on activity for the banding we are in. Does this change if we increase our price plan?
