System not working

I have been trying for more than a week to try out your system to see if it isuitable for our needs. So far it has constantly stuck on 'Please Wait' and I have been unable to edit forms, edit data or create a new application.
I have read on your forum that others are having similar problems and you simply reply that the system cannot cope when it is heavily used and that you are fixing the problem. How long will this take? Although your system looks good, I cannot justify using it when it appears to not work. I will simply look at other systems.
