Tags to Group Contacts

Hi,

again a Topic about Tags inside Zoho CRM.

I'm an infusionsoft User and I want to change to Zoho CRM. In infusionsoft and ActiveCampaign there a tags to group leads and contacts.

Inside Zoho CRM tags are missing. A possibility is the Pick List type, but it doesn't work.

For example: In a Picklist there are more entries A,B,C, D and F. A Contact has A and C and I want add the Value B with a Workflow or a Mass Update. It's not possible to add the Value B so the Entries are A,B and C. The Systems changes the Value to B and deletes A and C. Or another scenario I want to delete only the Entry A. It's not possible.

Many Zoho Apps are using Tags, like this Forum "Tag this Post". But inside CRM this Feature is missing. Inside the Discussions there are so many Feature Request about this Feature. So why is the Feature not implemented?

It's easy: A Tag Category and Tags.

In my Case, I need this features to work with 3rd Party Apps for example a Membership Solution to drip Content. For example a Contact who has the Tags "A, B, C" can see the associated Content-Pages inside a Membership Site. With Tags it's easy to implement. So many Systems out there are using Tags, so it's easy to integrate other Solutions.

Is this feature coming? When is this feature coming?
