Tags When Importing

My biggest wish right now for making Zoho Notebook easier to work with would be to have the ability to add tags while importing files/clips. This includes using the web clipper, adding web pages with Share on my phone, and adding pages by using Attach. It would  make matters a lot quicker to tag the files as adding them to Notebook as opposed to having to first add them, and then go to the new notecards to add tags. 

Tags would also be more valuable if could change the names of tags and if, once a set of notecards is pulled up by tag, we could select multiple cards to do things with such as move, delete.
