I was wondering whether or not its possible to create a workflow task that has a timer based on hours rather than days?

I'm looking to create a workflow task which, when a request field is changed, creates a task for the support desk to call the customer within an hour. However, the workflow task due dates only seem to work in days.

Is this possible?
