Tax Rates

Hi,

I have a series of property tax rates from my local community. Is it possible to set up a form where people could select their community (with its property tax rate), enter their home's value and have it calculate their tax bill?

For example:

Mount Pleasant has a tax rate of $16.25 per $1,000 of assessed value.

Could someone select "Mount Pleasant" from a pull down list, enter their home's value of $100,000 and have the database calculate a value of $1,625?

I'm pretty new to Creator, but it seems like this should be possible. Where could I begin?
