I suppose that the real issue here is that I know nothing about databases, but how about a workout tracking template (Yes it is because I have no idea how to make one myself)

My hope was to be able to use the new mobile access on my iphone during a workout to keep track of what I did.

The basic requirement is that I could first go in, choose a body part, then see a list of exercises for that particular body part, and then I could fill in how much weight I lifted and how many times I did it. The only other requirement is that when I start an exercise I want to be able to see how much weight I lifted the last time I did it.

It would be a real nice mobile app to have and genuinely useful! A quick google search shows there isn't a whole lot out there like this...
