We are writing this topic to appreciate the outstanding level of support from Qntrl Team.

We have been using Qntrl since 2022 after shifting from another similar platform. Since we joined Qntrl, the team has shown a high level of professionalism, support, and customer care. 

We personally thank Mr. Ajith Kevin for the outstanding service. Ajith, you were always a great support in our journey and the first layer of contact. You demonstrated a high level of cooperation and customer understanding, you listened carefully to our needs and issues, and showed unique skills. It is highly appreciated.

Our company management decided to shift from other platforms to Zoho products. In 2025, we moved to Zoho People, and at the start of this year, we also shifted to Zoho Campaigns.
